Decent place to work. Decent place to work, good learning experience, you get to handle lot of varied stuff from software / engineering and other infrastructural teams.
I have had experience of Operations, NOW, Engineering tasks, customer success team, along with getting into technical dimensions within Network and IP infrastructural domains. Got to touch several aspects of troubleshooting connectivity issues, working with vendors and carrier partners, while also directly working with the customers to understand and resolve their issues as per their expectations.
Productive workplace Medium sized company with benefits for full-time employees. Free lunches and office events.
Managers and developers are helpful, people maintain a work life balance.
Friendly workplace Workplace is friendly and collaborative. This just like an average Bay Area company where there is work pressure. It will benefit to introduce some discipline in the software development and deployment process.
Not worth it Too much politics.
Management does not want to listen.
Gave a great opportunity to learn new skills but internal politics ruined everything. Operations and Engineering are not on the same wavelength which causes lot of issues.
Its a good work environment if you know people I enjoy my work hence could learn the system well. Cross functional communication can be done well if you know team members across.that is the key to success in any team
Aeris - helping you achieve IoT reality Aeris is a good place to work. It is making entry into the IoT solutions market. Work is interesting and fast-paced. There is a lot of freedom to innovate. Politics is absent, which creates a healthy work environment.
Cool technology, people are alright What the company is doing is great. Too many executives and managers that it seem inefficient sometime. Duties of managers are unclear as well.
Great culture! Compensation... not so much Had a great time and learned a lot. Fun and impactful industry to be in. Only downside was the compensation, but there are always tradeoffs!
Interesting tech company that shows a lot of potential. As a finance intern, I assisted the Senior Finance/Accounting employees mostly. I learned more about Microsoft Office as well as what it was like to actually work in the Finance field. The CEO was a really nice person as well as a respected leader. The culture at the company is laid back and comfortable. I enjoyed that the most. There are great people within the company that make you feel at home. The toughest part was dealing with deadlines. It was similar to school deadlines, but there was definitely more pressure because you were performing tasks for more than just yourself.
